Audio/visual equipment for the classroom
VCRs with monitors or projectors and computers are available for classes, workshops, and presentations through Information Service's field support area.
- All classrooms are wired for Internet and network access.
- Many classrooms are fully equipped with presentation technology, including an LCD projector, VHS player and networked PC. Download instructions here.
- The Field Support staff can provide individual training to teach you to operate the classroom equipment.
Having problems using the equipment during class?
- If you experience problems with the technology during your class, call the Technology Contact Center (TCC) emergency line at Ext. 2-5900 and ask to have a Field Support technician dispatched to your classroom.

To order equipment, complete the classroom technologies equipment order form.
Usage Notes:
Faculty and staff are encouraged to order equipment with ample advance notice.
Orders for Loop and Lincoln Park classroom equipment must be placed by 4 p.m. on the preceding business day.
Due to the popularity of some items, Field Support may be unable to fill last-minute requests for equipment.
